Have you had any past experience of administrating SWRP / Garry's Mod servers:
Yes, I was a Staff Manager of this server back before when it was GalaxyRP. I was also a Supervisor in AerialRP for a few months but it was shut down. I also was a Moderator in ZenRP but it was also shut down. I have been playing Garry's Mod for 3 years so I know what to do and what not to do.

I am a Counselor helper at my school, so I love to interact with new people and study their attitudes around online people. Some may be odd, some may be fun. But what drives me is that you can't always predict the people. Everyone is never innocent, they're always guilty of something. But hey, it's life. Deal with it.

You are on the server with another new trial staff. They appear to be abusing their new found power by nocliping to Role-play in the server. You had told them to stop but they still continued to do it. What do you do?
: I would immediately grab screenshots for evidence and would punish him for breaking the admin rules.
Player A is getting abused in OOC by Player B. As the abuse goes on Player A decides to take action into his own hands by RDMing Player B constantly. How do you handle this?
: Firstly, I would ask Player B to stop harassing Player A. Next, I would warn Player A for RDM and would ask him to call an admin if a player was harassing him in OOC. All players are not allowed to take matters into his own hands and be vigilant.
While on the server you notice Player C abusing a bug that gives them unlimited ammo you confront Player C and he denies that he is doing it. You further spectate him and notice that he is abusing the bug. What do you do?
: I would take screenshots for evidence and then would punish him for exploiting.
