Why do you believe that you have earned the rank of trial staff:
Because today I helped out with a event well tired (But it didn't go well not my fault). I also see this is a new server and I know how to do a job of being staff so I want to help.(Plus I know some ULX and can code some jobs if needed I use sublinetext for that.) I also want to be staff is becuase I want to see this server grow and make sure when it can get 50 people it can stay there unless it is late at night or something
How much can you get on in a week (Rough Hour Figure):
130 hours maybe (I will be on every day)
Have you had any past experience of administrating SWRP / Garry's Mod servers:
Yes I have on Last Bastion I was a gamemaster and admin and I owned my own server once as well. I can make very good event that could take 5 hours to do but it would be fun but I am applying for regular staff so I will keep it simple. I steadied this already but yet again I know how to do some ulx and code jobs. So I am able to be if needed a DEV Gamemaster or just a regular staff.

I am a good person to good people and nice to nice people I try to always get alone no matter what and keep the peace in this server I stopped 2 CT who were minges and then fox banned them. But I want everyone to get along!

You are on the server with another new trial staff. They appear to be abusing their new found power by nocliping to Role-play in the server. You had told them to stop but they still continued to do it. What do you do?
I would contact a higher up on steam or record it and give it to a person who can stop him by demoting or punishment.
Also I would get user if any that saw it to give proof on the situation but if I had the power to I would be the punishment/demotion my self.
Player A is getting abused in OOC by Player B. As the abuse goes on Player A decides to take action into his own hands by RDMing Player B constantly. How do you handle this?
Considering they both knew that what they were doing was or if they were new to the game I would tell both of them that they broke the rules too many times for a verbel warning I would give them a real warning after that depending how high it is kick/ban. (If They were new to the game I would tell them how to play but first thing coming on a server you don't do that so he/she would start off with a warn.
While on the server you notice Player C abusing a bug that gives them unlimited ammo you confront Player C and he denies that he is doing it. You further spectate him and notice that he is abusing the bug. What do you do?
I would prove he is lying maybe even record it and because he lied to me at first I would do a real warn after that.
